As a real estate service provider, Bischoff Textil AG leases office, commercial and residential properties. All properties are located in the canton of St. Gallen, mainly near our headquarters on Bogenstrasse in St. Gallen, but also in Wittenbach and Diepoldsau.
Bischoff Textil AG has its own real estate team which is responsible for management and ensuring that the value of the properties is maintained. This enables us to carry out necessary repairs in the individual properties quickly and in an uncomplicated manner.
Personal contact with our tenants is important to us. We are therefore very pleased that many of our tenancies are long-standing partnerships.
